David Baillie has been writing and drawing comics since he was old enough to hold a pencil.

His first serious effort is the Awkward Fascination Compendium, published under his dbComics banner, which is part autobiography, part rant and has monkeys in it. He is currently working on Scribe and the Party, previews of which will be available at the ukwebcomixthing.

He has supplied art for this year's Romanian International Cartoon Festival, and was recently contacted by the BBC about possible contribution to a BBC Four project.

He also makes his own Christmas Cards.
